1989 CAGIVA WMX 250 & 1989 CAGIVA WMX 125 / 2 VINTAGE ITALIAN MOTOCROSS BIKES!!!

I am selling my 2 1989 CAGIVA WMX motocrossers. I bought the 250 from a gentleman in Connecticut that told me that he bought the bike in late 1990 when Cagiva purchased the Husqvarna motorcycle company. He told me that he trail rode it for about a year and that is when he looped it and broke the rear fender. But. lucky for you. i have a brand new one that comes with the bike. I have gone over the bike and cleaned it up and detailed it. I replaced the handlebars. grips and added a 1986 World Champion rider Pekka Vekhonen seat cover. The original cover is underneath the new one and is in perfect shape with no tears. I added numbers and was all ready to race it but there are no retro vintage races in Maine where i live. You will be hard pressed to find another one of these bikes in such extroidinary condition. Now for the 125. I took this bike in trade for another bike last year. I started to get it ready for the track but was diagnosed with kidney cancer. That kinda took the air out of my sails for a while but i have been given a clean bill of health this year but have lost interest in the Cagiva's. I do know that the water pump seal needs replacing. I have never fired this bike up but was assured by the previous owner that it runs fine. I would trade these bikes for a 1983 Kawasaki KX 125/250 or a 1985-86 CAGIVA 125 in excellent condition.
