1941 Indian Sport Scout - Matching Numbers!***Transport to AMCA meet/Daytona Bike week? (see end of listing for option) ***********************I am the 3rd owner. putting 3 miles on the Scout since ownership! Previously owned by a 93 year old woman originally from MA. A machinist during the WWII era. she began riding motorcycles during that time. Obtaining this Sport Scout in the 1944 time-frame. she began rebuilding it in 1998. putting few miles on it afterward. The cases are clean and both engine/frame numbers match! Receipts included with this sale include (7) pages detailing parts. labor and even the paint number codes. A video clip of it running was completed The Scout handled well for the 3 miles I put on the bike before letting it sit. As can be seen in the current photographs. the prior owner chose to install turn signals that can be easily removed. A switch was added to the handlebars with internal wiring used. A flasher unit is mounted under the headlight valance/sheet metal that services the signals. Transport OptionMarch 6th and 7th. an AMCA (Antique Motorcycle Club of America) meet is being held at New Smyrna Beach. FL.
