Ninja 250r blue

This bike is an '04 and only has a little over 3k miles, he previous owner took really good care of it because he dropped it one time at like 10mph and after that never rode it. I have ridden it several times and have service records of everything that was ever done to it, he only problem is that it wont start!! Yeah i stopped riding it for a couple months and now it wont start, m not a bike mechanic so my loss is your gain, am letting this sweet bike go, ills up with 6bucks so you cant really beat it, f you can get it to start then you have a great new bike for super cheap. Im open to offers but no assholes,
