2008 Ninja 250R

Howdy,
Attached are pics of my Ninja 250R
The fairings are pretty trashed from the previous owner falling down a hill. The rest of the bike is really solid
The motor/clutch assembly/carbs are rebuiltThe previous owner used it as a daily driver rebuilt all the stuff then decided he wanted a bigger bike. I bought it after it had sat for a few months. When I connected a battery to it, t clicked and did nothing else. I ordered a battery recently but it was the wrong one waiting on a new one. So I haven't been able to work on it. My buddy told me he thinks its either the starter motor or the igniter and its relays. Either way I work three jobs and don't have time to play with it. Bike also comes with set of tires @ 90% tred.
