Every bolt hole in the cylinder, ead, amp; cases has been inspected and had the threads chased

The cylinder head had: new valves or resurfaced faces, eam new valve guides to match valves,3-angle valve job, et valve & shim clearances, ew tach drive seal & o-ring

Camshafts are stock, obes inspected & in spec.

New Tsubaki heavy duty cam chain, ll components which tension the cam chain have been replaced with new items- Idler assembles, rubber dampers, ottom roller & 2 rubber dampers

New stock pistons, irclips, amp; rings, ylinders honed to precisely match ring end-gap, rankshaft/bearings inspected

Transmission : All gears, ngagement cogs, amp; shift arms were visually inspected with 10X magnification, vershift bushing was installed, ew shift spring

New Exhaust, ew Paint, ew Sealed battery, rofessional carb. rebuild

New o-ring in the casesoil passage

Motor covers polished, ew oil level window, ew stator, ew Dyna ignition & coils
