This restoration was a purposeful effort to maintain the integrity of this first-year production Z1 using as many original parts as possible. The restoration work is absolutely flawless with attention to detail; unlike many of the quick assembled reproduction examples seen regularly on eBay. During restoration, he engine was completely taken apart and rings, askets and valve guide seals were replaced. The bike has the correct head installed using one-piecehead gasket and hollow cams. The Z1 has been ridden 220 miles since the work was performed and it'svery responsive and starts with one push of the electric startbutton.
Thank you for viewing my listing and bid confidently on this outstanding Z1!
