Kawasaki KZ 550

Up for sale is a 1980 KZ 550. This bike was on the road from 1980 to 1983. It sat in agaragefor 32 years covered up untilDecember2015. All 4carburetorsreceiveda full andthoroughcleaning and ultra sound. The points checked and gaped. The plugs were changed along with the oil and oil filter. The brake caliper and mastercylinderweredrained and inspected.The inside of the caliper was cleaned as well as the mastercylinder.Fresh brake fluid was added and system was bledout. The cables were lubed and move freely. A new battery was installed. All adjustments were made. Theelectrical works as it should even the horn.It starts right up and runs well. It comes off the choke and idles smooth. It shifts smooth through the gears with a nice clutch. I would change the tires due to age but they areride-able. This is a 100% original bike and the only thing that is not is the battery.
