1973 kawasaki h2 ''resto mod'' totally restored this was a great riding great conditioned bike with the idea of a complete frame up restoration of preserving its vintage look and having a blend of modern updates All front SUSPENTION rebuilt new rear works performance billet tracker shocks . all wheel bearing replaced . old powder coated excel rims . wing arm bushing replaced with bronse to reduce flex. otal engine rebuild by john aylor of aylor engineering one of his many developments is the reed valve convertion . he modifies the intake ports to accommodate his reed cages . These reed valves give the engine a lot more responce and broaden the power spread increasing mid range . The engine was totally disassembled and rebuilt . he crank. rods and seals were rebuilt replaced and new pistons were upgraded to wossner. Everything that that needed to be rebuilt or replaced was including all new gaskets and seals had the transmission gears undercut for better shifting . arnet clutch springs were staggered to prevent clutch lever stiffness clutch discs are new . tage 2 upgrade on cylinder porting . carburetors were jetted and upgraded to 36mm uni air filters. I wanted a nice set of exspantion chambers made and designed so andrew walmsley of CAD designed a set of rolled conical chambers with silencers that would that would work with the design parametersof the h2 engines performance . The bike with all of its engine upgrades responds crisply and has has a nice 2stroke rap without being to excessively load . The stock oil injectolube injection is maintained just an oil as needed . NEW CHAIN sprockets and tires . ALL ELECTRICAL is working as it should with new ignition units and rectifier . All frame work was powder coated to a gloss black finish. paint work byVAN MORKHOVEN . OUT STANDING . this is a fabulous bike with 1. 00 miles on it GOOD LUCK .
