1967 Norton Atlas 750

This beautiful Norton is in a class by itself. It is like new or better front to back.

This is a two year complete museum qualityprofessional restore completed by a 50 plus year experienced mechanic.

If you intend to own a perfect Norton Atlas and can find a nicer one than this anywhere in the world.. BUY IT.

It should be in a museum or a private collection and rarely ridden.

Engine has new .020 oversize pistons with a fresh precisionre-bore, eground crank with new undersize rod bearings and new main bearings.

New valve guides and a fresh 3 angle professional valve job on the completely bead blasted cylinderhead.

Every fastener has been renewed, eplaced or polished. Many stainless steel fasteners.

Every thread has been recut or re-tapped.

Countless hours were spent fine wire brushing and polishing critical surfaces.

The magneto has been completely rebuilt with a newly re-wound armature, ew condenser, earings, lip ring, rushes, eals, ires and plug terminals.

New British chrome rims front and rear laced with new stainless steel spokes from England.

New Continental tires and tubes have been mounted.

All new control cables installed.

New spark plugs.

New original OEM petcock.

Has original side and center stands.

Fenders, rimary cover and passenger hand rails are re-chromed.

Front forks rebuilt.

New steering races and bearings.

Beautiful new OEM style exhaust system.

New rear chain.

New British rear suspension units

New headlight rim.

All new foot rubbers.

New passenger foot rests.

New gas and oil caps.

New speedometer and tachometer cables.

Original Amal carburetors are just rebuilt.

A foam air filter element has been installed

Frame was sandblasted clean and professionally painted gloss black.

Gas and oil tank and toolbox professionally painted Chrysler red.

The seat base wasrebuilt and has a new original style seat cover with red piping to match gas tank.

Everything works as it did when it was brand new.

The primary does leak oil like all Norton Atlas motorcycles do.

There are other normal minor oil leaks.

It is kick start only so it does take effort to start it up.

It is rideable as is.

No warranty is offered.

It does need a rear view mirror.
