Motorcycle IZ 56 from 1958 350ccm DKW NZ-350

This is my motorcycle Iz 56 from the year of 1958. This motorcycle has some very interesting history. Read up. One question that could be asked: Is it a Soviet or is it a German motorcycle? Well, t was manufactured in the former Soviet Union but does it make it theirs? Not quite. After World War II Soviet Union transferred entire factories form Germany to USSR. One of these factories was producing motorcycles named DKW in Germany. One of the motorcycles manufactured by this factory was named DKW NZ-350. That very motorcycle with some minor modifications was remanufactured in the former Soviet Union under name Iz 350. They were manufacturing it from 1946 until 1951. In 1951 some more modifications were made and the name of the motorcycle changed to Iz 49. In 1958, z 49 was no longer in production, ut from 1956 until 1962 they were manufacturing Iz 56, hich is the motorcycle on this auction. So even though it was manufactured in the Soviet Union, t is based of the German DKW-350. Of course, here were some modifications done to this motorcycle to come out with the Iz 56 model. This bike has a 350cc two-stroke engine.

This motorcycle is currently located in Poland and you would have to bring it over here. If you win the auction, he motorcycle will be released to you and arrangements will be made on how you can pick it up. I could coordinate with you in order to deliver the motorcycle to the dock for transportation if you would like. I bought this motorcycle in Belarus in 2003 and never registered it. Please ask me any questions you might have.

Why am I selling all of my stuff/hobbies/cars/etc.: I am currently a student and I will be graduating in August 31st of this year. Since January, have been communicating with a girl from another country that I fell in love with and I want to travel there to see her in person. My feelings grew so strong that I am ready to sell all of my hobbies and anything else away just so I can make my dream of seeing her real. I am selling a lot of stuff and if you are concerned with shipping, might be able to drive the things to you if you would provide transportation like U-Haul truck or similar. This is of course in regards to the things I am selling that are big/heavy and could cost a lot to be shipped.
