For sale I have a 2010 Baja 125cc dirt bike, he bike is a 4 stroke and has 5 gears (1 down, up) I bought the bike around a year ago as i was looking for something inexpensive (Under the $2000 mark) and relatively new (Post 1990's). The Bajas have asimilar motor to the hondacrf 100r and most parts fit vice versa, hereas the body shape is based from the 125cc yamaha's and is almost identical.
I used to ride the bike once a week for the first 6 months, nbsp; But inevitably became too busy to ride anymore around working 55hour weeks. The bike sat for a good few months in the garage and the gas became stale etc.
I recently took the bike to get all the fluids flushed out and thecarburetor cleaned. The bike now runs fine and will go for hours providing non stop fun.
Other than the general wear and tear on thebike, he only thing i have noticed since letting the bike stand is the air deflates out of the tires after a while. There is no puncture but the seal around the bead seems to no longer be air tight. I've personally just been topping the air up when i wanted to ride and this has been working fine. A morepermanent solution would be to get the tire resealed or pick up a tiresealant online that will repair this for you at minimal cost. Also since the carb has been cleaned the bike does not idle like it did, his is due tothe screw thatdetermines the idle being pulled out for cleaning and not adjusting accordingly. It should just require you to spend a little timetweakingthe idle screw until you find apreference.
The bike has been very well looked after and the engine is VERY clean! This would be a great bike for a rider of any experience level. Easy to clean, asy to work on and easy to ride!
I am also including in the sale an O'neal helmet that my wife used whilst riding the bike which cost RRP $120 new.
I will give you the remaining oil, rake fluid and cleaner i have for the bike when you pick up also just incase you ever need it again as its no use to me.
The only reason for sale is due to having no time around work and family to rideany longer.
If you require any more pictures or have any other questions please do not hesitate to ask.
Feel free tocome view the bike before bidding and see it run if you require as the bike is sold as is.
I can deliver the bike to you for an extra charge depending on mileage.
