This is a NSU Quickly S23. This bike was taken apart in 1966 and has been sitting since. I do not know what parts are here or what will need to be replaced and CAN NOT guarantee that the engine or the rest of the bike is complete. The engine is in pieces and will need to be reassembled at your convenience. You are buying the NSU frame with parts pictured AS IS/WHERE IS. The S-23 was manufactured in Germany between 1961-1963 and are now highly collectable. Only 28. 00 of this model were made. Bike frame is blue. the rest is sort of a tan/classic 60's yellow. This one has been sitting for the better part of 50 years and has only 1250 miles on the odometer and engine. It is a true barn find. It was stored in a dry basement out of the light so the condition for the most part is very good. I am not an expert by any means. Literally the only thing I've done to this bike is move it and run a rag over it to clean decades of dust off of it. Everything you see in this photo album is included for buyer (as I said the engine was taken a part): http://s1383. photobucket. com/user/nwespdx/library/NSU%20QuicklyAs I said. I am not a bike person. so as a result. I don't know what's missing from the engine or if it's complete. DAMAGE: Aside from the engine being apart. the negatives I do know - there is no gas cap for the tank. some surface rust (mostly on the non-frame/engine parts; rust on some parts of wheels. spokes. luggage racks. ets). oil stains on the fenders. small dinge to fenders (nothing major). the front light housing/fairing has chips and cracks. I do not have a title (bill of sale will be issued). and missing gas tank badge on the right side. Aside from that. I have no idea what I'm looking at. This listing is for local pickup only. I will not ship this. Buyer is responsible to arrange pickup. Anyone on the west coast may coordinate with me for possible delivery. Portland metro area will not be a problem. Anything farther than that. message me. Payment is due within 3 days of auction close. Thank you for your time.
