1975 LAVERDA 1000 3C ( not 750 s gt sf sfc )

Up for bid is this 1975 Laverda 1000 3c. I purchased this bike from a friend about 3 years ago whos an old school retired bike mechanic (mainly BMW's). He bought it back in 2003 from a fella in Texas. he went through the bike. the motor turns over and has good compression. Dell'Orto phf Carbs were cleaned. he never bothered getting it to run cause he didn't want to put out the big money to replace the Bosch Electrics. The bike is nice (rust free) and is a great contender for a resto Job. Nice repainted (no dents) tank. inside of tank is clean. he custom made a set of steel side panels which look great. High Lip BORRANI Rims are straight and in nice shape. spokes are clean. mufflers are solid with no rust (inside or out). a few scratches. front rotors are thick and smooth. Comes with very nice (right side) Alternator cover. Brand new Spare Parts and Shop Manual Comes with straight solid seat pan Does not have a tach and speedo Bike does not have a title. but I can supply a bill of sale if needed. I also have the bill of sale that was given to my friend from the guy in Texas back in 2003. I told myself I wasn't going to sell this gem. but sometimes life changes forces you too. restored Laverdas are bringing big bucks these days.
