1978 Suzuki GS1000 for sale by second owner. Low handlebars installed with GS1000S throttle and clutch cables. Spiegler braided brake lines. Carbs rebuilt. Rebuilt front and rear brake master cylinders. Rebuilt front and rear brake calipers with EBC pads installed. New Michelin Pilot tires and Metzeler tubes. Pingel high flow fuel petcock. Stock seat re-foamed and new cover by Sargent. Polished left and right side crankcase covers. New battery. air filter element. and fresh oil and filter. Stock exhaust. chain and sprockets in good condition. One concern: the fuel tank. seat trim. and rear cowl were painted the stock color. The painter said he sealed the tank before painting but seam sweating in rear left corner and paint lifted. I left the tank dry so I haven't run the bike. It cranks fine.
