Suzuki Savage 650 cafe racer.

I started with a perfect example of a Suzuki Savage. One owner. low miles and not a speck of dust or rust on it. I posted a pic of the bike as I purchased it. All of the fabrication is done in metal. No fiberglass or plastic was used. You can see from the pics. the metal fabrication is left in bare metal. Leave it bare. or do a very minimal final prep for paint.
