1957 Triumph TR6/Trophy

1957 Triumph Trophy. The old NY state title says 1958 but I do believe it is a 57. It runs great,shifts great, tops good. It has a complete new exhaust both sides, ew points, ondenser, ew rear shock bushes,new kick stand, ront forks resealed, had both Chrono gauges rebuilt by Nisonger, eplaced both cables, nd had a new wiring harness installed, ll the lights/horn work, ut the guy that wired the bike bypassed the ammeter, e said when they go bad, nd they will, he bike will not run. I did some research about the head, s many people have asked. I believe it to be a 1957 Cliff Guild special Tricor as explained in Triumph Racing Motorcycles in America. The twin carb Delta head caused a sensation in the US when it first appeared as a dealer retrofit. The Delta Dual carb head was purpose built for the 650s with the correct size combustion chambers and exhaust ports.
