Selling a fresh build 1969 Triumph Bonneville Bobber. Starting with a clean mildly customized Bonneville with 3673 original miles I decided to build this rather than try to restore it. Upon finishing it the gas was drained and it has been stored in my back room due to health issues. It was stretched 6 inches and lowered 2 with a hard tail section from Lucas Joyner at The Factory Metal Works. The fork tubes were cut down 2 inches. New Avon tires front and rear. The motor ran great so it didn’t come out of the frame. Mikuni carbs and electronic ignition. New cut down chrome motor mounts changed after some of the pics were taken. New chrome oil tank also from TFMW. first class stuff. Exhaust has new chrome clamps and is baffled. Original powder coat on the front frame section. Harley rear wheel and stock front. Chrome sealed EK MVXZ chain. New Biltwell handlebars and stainless seat mount. New seat. grips. gel battery and other assorted items. The gas tank was epoxy coated inside. The rear frame section and inside rear fender were powder coated by QC Coatings. I used a very clean vintage Drag Specialties tail light. The custom louvered battery box with a chrome lid done by Al Bergler contains the battery. mounts the horn and also has the fuse block for the fresh wiring done by a friend and world class craftsman J. R. Luksik (pictured). He also painted the bike and did the final assembly. J. R. Luksik is also a member of the Sperry/Lackey Racing Team with the land speed record supercharged Triumph Bonneville racer. Speedometer got a new custom length cable and all the gauges work. I’ll include the stock rear tail section. shocks and anything else I might have. The bike was test ridden around the block about 10 ten times and then stored. Clear Michigan title.
