We specialize in full custom Triumph builds and restoration of pre 1970 Triumph 650 motorcycles. This bike features a fully rebuilt engine from the sludge tube up. tube was removed/cleaned and re-installed. new main bearings. standard rod bearings. 80 over pistons/rings. new kibble white valves/springs/guides and all new seals and gaskets. New push rod tubes. new steel racing pushrods. New clutch plates. springs. pushrod in the primary. New 20 tooth front sprocket. New kicker and shifters. New primary cover and cam cover. Engine has many new internal parts. hardware and bearings. Starts and runs as good as it looks! Shifts like butter. Fuel is delivered by a brand new Amal 930 carb. Bike was wired from scratch using top quality connectors and heat shrink. New sealed battery. Tympanum regulator. We use the new Wassell electronic ignition systems. over 40 installed with no issues. New repop speedometer. drive gear and cable. New Barnett clutch. brake and throttle cables. New Amal style alloy levers and gran turismo grips. Electric horn. high/low beam headlight. New chrome 1 3/4" cycle shack drag pipes. Tank is an original slimline in great condition with a new gloss black paint job and new emblems. UK petcocks. cap. and chrome strip. Frame. fender. oil tank and small parts are all powder coated. some small parts are painted. All new hardware mostly grade 8. Front forks were completely rebuilt with new tubes. seals. boots. bushings. seal holders and powder coated trees. ars. and lower sliders. As always we used The Factory Metal works hard tail. ribbed rear fender. motor mounts and oil tank. Brand new rims powder coated black with stainless spokes and new sealed bearings. new tires Shinko Classic 16" rear and 3. 25-19" Duro front. new Drag Specialties tubes. TLS (twin-leading) front brake as used on 68-70 triumph 650's. new shoes front and stock rear brake with new shoes. drum/sprocket. chain. New ss brake rod. New foot rubbers.
