1976 Yamaha Enduro XT500C

I have an original 1976 Yamaha Enduro XT500C for sale. 4 stroke. My father (2nd owner) bought it in '96. Since '97. it's been in storage in either his garage or mine. The condition is very good (used). In the last ~6 months. we've done the following:New battery. air cleaner. spark plug. oil change (newer battery strap)New gas line & in-line filterNew clutch cableCleaned contacts. pointsCarburetor cleaned & rebuilt. including a new intake joint (performed by a local bike shop)Professionally evaluated & verified to have good compression. strong sparkIncluded with the bike:Complete set of turn signals & mirrors (street ready)Extra wheel & tire (doesn't appear to ever been used)Haynes manual and most receiptsNeeds:Headlight and horn not workingSuggest valve seal & piston ring replacement (estimate from local bike shop)***CLEAN TITLE (Michigan)*** The bike runs good --> it does burn some oil from sitting so long. Fenders. sides. gas tank (clean inside). seat and tires/rims all look good -- no tears. dents. leaks. etc. We've kept it around thinking it would be fun to restore together but we've moved on to restoring bigger things (car) and don't have the time or desire.
