Hello and thank you for looking at my auction today. I present to you my 1972 Yamaha JT2 MINI ENDURO 60 from my own personal collection. This is not your typical MINI ENDURO that you see on Ebay every now and then. This is the real deal. This bike belongs in a museum. bike shop. bar. or you can enjoy it how I have for many years displayed in my house. Your wife will love it!HISTORY:I am not going to tell the history of the MINI ENDURO. I will however to the best of my ability describe how I obtained this bike and what has been done. how I got there and the current condtion. I purchased this bike from the original owner in 1996. The original owner purchased the bike new in 1972. He used the bike in an annual shriner parade in jacksonville Florida 72-78. He also taught his 3 grand kids how to ride on it. When I purchased the bike in 96 He estimated it last ran in 85. The bike had 2. 06 miles on it. I was able to get the bike running pretty easly by cleaning the carb. fresh battery and fluids. The bike was in rough condition but ran like a champ. I have not used the bike much since I have owned it. I taught my kid how to ride on it but for the most part it has sat idle in my garge. The original odomoter read 2. 85 miles before I tore it down. In 2010 I decided to restore the Mini. The Restore:Was done in 2010 and looks like it was done yesterday. The bike was completely stripped. The frame was blasted with aluminum oxide and treated with Iron phosphate and powder coated in super mirror black. repoduction VIN sticker from DEET. The engine covers were soda blasted and sent along with The Tank and fenders to be painted and cleared professionally locally at a premium. The engine still has stock internals it was disassembled and all new gaskets installed. it has 130 psi compression. The cylinder jug is powder coated in Hi-Temp Supper Mirror Black and Silver. Various bits that could not be massage back to life were powder coated or replaced with NOS. Almost everything on the bike is from the bike 98% was retained. Aftermarket Parts:Beside the paint. The grips are not factory. I prefered this look over stock for the TT build I was going for. The cables are aftermarket and tires. Issues:None that I know of. I restored this bike and tested it. then all the fuilds were drained and battery removed. The bike has been on display iside my air conditioned home for the last 5 years. keep in mind it's been its been 5 years since it ran but should not take much if you know what your doing. The bike is missing four pieces. the horn. Seat pin. front brake switch and speedo cable. The Clutch. brake and throttle/oil injection cables are new but the clutch cable was defective so it will need replaced. the other cables will need to be ajusted correctly like the oil injection I just installed the cable but did not sync the pump. The read fender has some scratches under neith the seat but can only been seen if the seat is removed. All the pictures were taken today. I like to change up the display from time to time. That is why you see the bike in MX trim in some pics. The bike is in full enduro trim (Stock) right now. What Will you get:A very clean matching number Mini with the original title from 1972. Local pickup only but will work with your shipper. Balance due in cash on pickup. Any questions please ask. The bike is 60 inches long and 37 inches to the top of the handle bars. I don't have the exact weight but I would estimate it to be 100 pounds. I will not disassemble the bike and ship it to you.
