I bought this bike from the original owner and he bought it new in 1979. Its been sitting outside unfortunately for many years so its cosmetically challenged. Fenders are sunbaked. Thankfully the side covers were stored inside. Here are all the things that will need replaced during a full restoration: New Tank. he tank on the bike has rusted badly on bottom on one side. ould be fixed as the rest of the tank is good. ust needs paint. eat Pan is rusted out. eeds new header pipe. lastic Oil Tank. eadlight bucket. oth Tires. hain. nd maybe sprockets. It still has the original tool kit and owners manual and repair manual that come with the bike. Motor turns with compression. ormer owner told me it had a new top end put on it about 200 miles ago. Carb will need rebuilt. It has surface rust on some parts like kicker lever . ickstand. ootpegs and shift lever. ee pics. Vin # on frame matches #'s on motor. I do have the original spark arrester insert for the tip of exhaust. This would be a great bike for a full restoration. If I left anything out Ill add it to the description. This bike is not a show queen but is all original and needs a total restoration. Its an honest original bike that to be restored to its former glory.
