1979 Yamaha YZ 400 Bob Hannah 125 250 465 VINTAGE YZ RM CR KX DG FOX MX AHRMA

Up for bid is my "SUPER FAST" matching numbers 1979 YZ 400. Bought this YZ last year and the previous owner had the bike restored since then only rode once thin gas was drained and bike was added to my collection of vintage bikes. Do to health conditions selling off my collection. Starts and runs like new nice frame straight with no fix jobs. Nice DID rims with no cracks or flat spots. Tires IRC and DUNLOP one ride. KYB forks have new seals with polished tubes. Nice back shock with good chain and sprockets. Preston petty front fender and a 1980 back for that trick works look. In 79 YAMAHA made the YZ 400 super slim and it handles and feels like a 125 with 400cc power. by far the most powerful and fun bike I ever road. Hate to see it go. Some light sun fade on plastics not bad still shins and one broke fin on cylinder.
