1978 Yamaha YZ 125 AHRMA Vintage Motocross

Up for auction is a very nice race ready 1978 YZ 125 vintage motocross bike. This is not a full on professional restoration but I'd say it looks pretty darn good. The bike has been disassembled and the frame, hubs and engine have been painted. The swingarm and fork tubes have been polished, the front and rear fenders are new along with the seat cover, tank decals, grips levers and bars are new and the gold chain is new. The motor has a fresh 2nd over top end with zero hours, only been started for a couple minutes. The rear shock is perfect and the forks work perfect too. Everything on this bike is tight, no slop anywhere at all. Again, this is not a full on museum restoration, I built this bike to be raced but have decided to ride a different bike this year.
