Yamaha XS400

1979 Yamaha XS...Ok so here is a 2nd owner...very original condition YamahaXS!!! This is a 400cc but its got power for what it is. I swear the bike is in like new condition and just seems to be so fresh and clean! I bought it as one to put back for my son and maybe add to a collection for him, ut we bought a new house and for now it's just not practical for me to keep. It's electric start and kick but I always just use electric because the kick start is very short kick for some reason so I just hit the button and fire it up. The paint is in very nice shape and the chrome is probably a 9 out of 10. No joke this bike is very clean. Always kept in heated garage/basement of the house. Speedo gauges and tach are very clear all the turn signal inserts on dash are clean. It's a must see that's really all there is to it. Also has 2 brand new tires on just a week ago and the original wheels are like perfect. DO NOT miss out on this one if you are looking to add to your collection or start with this motorcycle. It is ready to go I'm putting a brand new battery in so the new owner has that also. Any other questions just ask. Someone did the pin stripe back years ago the original owner told me he believes the Yamaha dealer did it in the shop to customize it some back then.
