1982 Yamaha xs400 Cafe Racer

Bike is not starting. needs new spark plugs. Also. later it will need a new gasket. there is slight leakage. It has brand new tires and a brand new chain. clubman bars. and new streamlined turn signals. This is definitely a project bike but on the easier side of "project" hahaIf you have any questions contact me.
