2010 Yamaha Yz 250F Dirt Bike Like New

I am selling the Yamaha YZ 250F that I purchased new for my dad in 2010. It might have 10 hours on it but that is probably over estimating. He tore his achilles tendon while we were riding down in Costa Rica and he has not ridden since. I just purchased him a new KTM with electric start because he cant kick the bike after his injury. And since he cant ride 2 bikes at one time this one needs to go. The bike is totally stock except for the suspension. It was serviced and revalved for a 175lb rider shortly after it was purchased. It has been started and maintained in rotation with our other bikes even though it has not been ridden much. It has never seen a drop of ethanol fuel. That stuff is horrendous. I don't know what the real value of this bike is so as always I am open to discussion. I am willing to help with shipping the bike as well.
