Item Inspection

Buyer is responsible to read and understand all terms and sale policies before purchase.

Upon winning the item, he Buyer is responsible for:

·Paying the deposit within 24 hours.

·Paying the remaining balance in full within 3 days.

If the Buyer fails to contact TROSA Inc and submit initial deposit payment, r if final balance payment is not made within the specified terms, eller reserves the right to:

·Cancel the sale and/or contact the next highest bidder(s) to complete the sale, nd/or

·Re-list the item without further recourse owed to the first bidder in default of these terms.

Transport:

Buyer is responsible for picking up item from TROSA Inc. buyer must pick item up from our main campus address within 14 days or be charged a storage fee of $15 per day starting on the 15th day after the sale.

Buyer must provide their own vehicle, itch and any other items need to remove the vehicle from property.

It is the buyers full responsibility to determine the safety and road worthiness of the vehicle.
