2003 Red Yamaha Vino YJ250 Scooter

I am selling my Yamaha Vino Scooter. It is in very good condition. I bought it from a dealer a year and a half ago and have taken very good care of it. It was just serviced and has a brand new battery. I can provide proof of the servicing which shows that no mechanical problems were detected upon request. I am sad to part with it, ut I need to buy a car for work. It is a 49cc, o you don't need a motorcycle license to drive it. It is a 2 stroke. It runs perfectly, 've never had an issue with it. It goes about 40 MPH max, can drive it from West Seattle to Ballard on back roads easily.
I will throw in the helmet and seat cover ($200 value).
The only cosmetic issue on the scooter (other than just signs of normal use) is a minor crack around the gas can, photo showing the crack is included, t is barely noticeable. The crack does not have any effect on the usability of the scooter or the back rack, t is just purely a cosmetic issue.
