"Mechanic's Special" Project Bike...NO RESERVE!
DESCRIPTION:
This is a 1995 Yamaha XV750 Virago that would make a great project bike. To be clear...this bike NEEDS WORK and is NOT SAFE or ready for the road. This bike starts easy and idles good. We took it for a very short test drive and it shifts through all the gears smoothly, as good power, nd the brakes work as they should. All lights and horn work, owever the gauges do not. Occasionally it will give out a small "backfire". The front wheel is loose (possible bad wheel bearing?). There are several cosmetic flaws including a dented gas tank, orn seat, ust and scratches. This bike was parked for some time and when we got it all we did was change the oil (which looked fine), ut in fresh gas, nd it started right up. We did a basic visual inspection and very short test drive. We did not go through this bike completely and I am sure there are more problems that we do not know about and therefore have not mentioned in this listing. Please read this entire listing, eview all photos, nd ask any questions you may have. With some work this bike could be beautiful once again so if you're looking for a deal and ready to take on a project this bike is for you...and it's being sold in a NO RESERVE AUCTION...highest bid wins!
FEATURES:

• Dented gas tank (dent is about the size of my hand) with peeling paint and rust...see photos
• Seat is torn and "repaired" with duct tape...see photo
• Front wheel is loose and wobbles...possible bad wheel bearing, e do not know for sure
  
• Missing right side cover
• Choke cable broken/missing. A small piece remains that can be used by hand to start bike for now
• Speedometer and tachometer do not work, ut all lights and horn do work
• Rust, arnish, nd scratches throughout the bike
• There are sure to be other problems not mentioned in this listing that we simply do not know about
• Sold as-is, ith no warranty or guarantee of any kind
