1972 NORTON COMMANDO

This tidy Commando was fully rebuilt/restored here at Big D Cycle about 10 years ago. One owner since restoration. Features some nice upgrades and has a great look. Only genuine Norton, ucas, nd Amal parts were used when restoring this bike. All the correct hardware has been blasted and cad plated. Fully rebuilt motor and transmission. It has been updated to the later style adjustable isolastics. This bike is in perfect condition. The side covers and fuel tank are steel. The inside of the tank is nice. This is a first kick bike, hat is ready to ride. Only genuine Norton fasteners were used. Completely rebuilt motor with balanced crankshaft. The gear box was completely stripped and rebuilt as well. The plating, olishing, aint, nd power coating are still in excellent shape 10 years later. The indicated 18,516 miles on the odometer are since new in 1972. When we had the instruments rebuilt, hey retained the original mileage. This bike has probably seen 1000-1500 miles since we completed the restoration.
