1973 BMW 2002 BASE MODEL, SUNROOF, NO STRUCTURAL RUST, ROLLING SHELL, ROUNDIE

I am selling my 1973 2002 Base model that has a clear California Title. I was going to remove all the parts off of my 1974 Rusty BMW 2002 and put them on this body so I would have the more valuable "early" model 2002 and not have to spend the money to repair the rust.
Car will roll as it has its suspension, -brake and steering. Please review all pictures. Car comes with everything you see in the pictures; yes there is no trunk lid.
Only rust I found is in the spare tire well, assenger rear rocker and drivers rear quarter (see picts). The passenger front fender appears to have been damaged; not from rust. Car is very straight and the sunroof opens and closes.
