Bmw with transmission issue

This is a 2008 BMW 328i that I have owned since September. It's a very nice car and i hate to have to sell it. But i have purchased a new car and have to let this one go. As you can see in the title, t does have a recent transmission issue, hat's why i'm selling it so cheap.The problem: From time to time at a complete stop, he vehicle starts to rev up randomly and not catch power when engaging the gas pedal. The transmission light usually turns on and puts the car into transmission limp mode. (where the car only drives on 2nd and 5th gear, or safety issues).Other than the transmission issue, he car is great. The only other light on the dash is the tire sensor light, ut that is due to the aftermarket wheels that i have put on.The car has nearly 58000 miles on it.The car has a clean title but it has been in an accident previously and was professionally repaired when i purchased it.
