BMW 2002Tii 1972, Roundie, Sunroof, 5 Speed, Runs and drives, Project

I have been a professional auto restorer since 1988. This is a roundie project which I bought a few months ago. I recently retired and have to many personal projects. I do not have the time to finish the restoration, o its time to move on.
Mechanical: Since purchasing the car we installed the 5 speed transmission, einstalled the brakes system with new masters, oft lines and rebuilt calipers, einstalled new clutch, econnected engine and got it running. Engine runs well, ransmission works well. Fuel injection linkage could use some adjustment, ccelerator sticks a bit. Radiator had a minor leak at the top of the tank, e soldered the leak. We purchased an original air filter system which has not yet been installed.
Body condition: Body is very solid with minimal rust repair performed by previous owner. I have found a couple of patches performed by the priorowner in the drivers floor, bout 1x3inches. Another rust repair in the rearright strut tower about 2x5 inches. The body had some prior body damage which does not appear to be structural, ut did have dents in the left quarter panel, ear panel and the front valance. All panels were dollied out and exterior bodywork was performed by the priorowner. The body, oor jambs, nd the engine bay were repainted. The paint is in good but not perfect condition.I can see some minor sanding scratches on the roof, nder the clear coat. The paint couldbenefit from a light wet sanding and polishing. There is a minor chip on the left door, hich could be touched up easily. Front and rear glass had been removed prior to painting. The glass seals were replaced front and rear. The sunroof opens and closes properly. The doors open and close well. The trunk closes well, eeds the seal reinstalled, eal is present. The hood latchassembly needs adjustment, ood is straight and strong.
Interior: The car comes with Recaro front seats as well as correct original front seats. The rear seat is a original seat. We have one complete set of interior panels in black and a number of additional panels as spares. I would suggest sending the original panels out to have them restored. The seats need upholstery refinishing. Headliner is in good condition. Dash is in good condition. We have new weather stripping for the door seals.
