1977 BMW 320i 5 Spd Runs Perfectly Super Cheap

Up for sale is my 1977 BMW 320i. This car is in outstanding mechanical condition with 36,000 miles on a factory new motor. It has a metric mechanic rebuilt Getrag 5 speed gearbox and a limited slip differential. Additionally it has Recaro bucket seats and a ton of receipts. There has been a lot of maintenance done recently and it is amazing how well it runs. The steering, gearbox, suspension and motor are perfect. Super smooth and fantastic to drive. Rattle free. I would not hesitate to drive this car across the country. Very reliable. Brand new top of the line Interstate battery.
I bought this car as a 2002 conversion donor. It runs way better than a perfect condition 2002Tii. All of the good stuff is direct bolt in replacement. My Tii caught fire and I ended up selling it last month. That said, the car is so tight and such a joy to drive, it may be a better idea to leave as is. It has a current Virginia safety inspection.
There are some areas of rust that are shown in the pictures. Unless you have access to inexpensive repair work, it probably isn't worthfixing.To drive this car is to love it.
