Description

Growing family means I have to sell the Geo Metro. It is the 2 door, Cylinder model that gets great gas millage. The last time I measured it I got high 40's on the freeway. I am a part time computer technician and did all oil changes myself on schedule while owning this car. Engine rebuilt just before I bought it at about 130,000
  • Brakes and clutch work well
  • Shocks upgraded
  • Just passed California Emissions (SMOG) this December
  • Custom painted black 5 years ago (see pictures - car was just WASHED before I took pictures... please ignore wet water streaks)
  • ODBII Bluetooth compatible port (Smartphone MPG monitoring with $10 adapter and Torque android app)
  • Headlights upgraded to LED, ut needs different power adapter for full brightness (!!!). Original lights included.
  • Hitch installed (ball mount style, ot receiver)

Roof was drilled for an extra antenna with a less than 1 inch hole. It will be patched before selling.

Ceiling fabric is draping down in spots. Sorry no pictures. Can be fixed. Small hole in ceiling fabric due to hole drilled for extra antenna.

Last time I had it in for a tune up the mechanic said the compression was a little low compared to new. However he also said it is "even" across the cylinders, hich is important and good.

Clutch works well and was replaced about 15,000 miles ago. The floor pedal starts engaging when it's released about 2 thirds the way up.

Transmission has never caused a problem. Can "grind" a little IF you go into 2nd or 3rd (I forget which one) too high RPMs. I never do that so I forget what gear. It never grinds for me in any case.
