This 1962 Citroen ID Wagon is wonderful project car, ostly complete and ready to live a great new life. She lives and is titled in CA and has not been on the road for some years, ut with a little grease will ready to cruise Pallas, hem, he PCH again!
Engine: The engine starts and runs and is in good shape with newer plugs, ires and accumulators. The hydraulic system will need to attention for the suspension and brakes to work, ut thankfully this is the much simpler ID wagon rather than the more complex DS, o the system is much easier to get back up to snuff.
Interior: The interior is mostly complete with decent upholstery and door panels and with the fold down rear seats in the cargo area still present. Gauges and odometer appear to work. Seat frames are in good shape and there is a more modern present, ut condition unknown.
Body: Outer sheet metal appears nice with paint in which shines up quite well, ith only minor oxidation appearing on the drop rails and a few seams and a couple small rust holes. The floors will need attention with some larger rust holes present.
She will make for a fantastic project car. With ID and DS getting harder to find and prices going up, inor work like this one needs makes for a great deal! Remember, O RESERVE, o winner takes all!
Please feel to ask any questions and happy bidding!
