73 Ford Torino Fastback

1973 Ford Torino fastback has 400 bored an stroked to 447, a c6 trans and 9" rear. Car does run but I don't have it road legal. It does have power steering. Also factory AC that doesn't work. Transmission does slip and the extra tranny which is an FMX I was told slips also. There is a rebuilt kit for the FMX. I just don't have time to work on the car and need to sell it. Someone asked so I wanted to clarify. I don't have any receipts or anything on the motor. A former owner told me it was bored and stroked. I have no reason to not believe him but I don't have physical proof of it. Thank You
