1970 Land Rover Series 2a
VIN: 24440680G
Left hand drive, 2.25L 4 cylinder gas engine, 4 speed manual transmission, high/low transfer case, Fairey overdrive, freewheeling hubs on front axle.
Generator has been replaced with alternator. Spin on oil filter (still have the old oil canister if you're a purist). Hard top, soft top, and bimini top. Parabolic springs and Old Man Emu shocks installed.
The good: runs and drives well, no missing parts, signals/headlights/horn work, heater works, and the stares you get when driving are priceless
The bad: speedometer is off on the speed indicated, wipers don't currently work, normal rust
