Description

2002 Lincoln Blackwood crew-cab pickup. Rare one-year model. only 3000 made. Now catching on as a future collectible. Ideal choice as a tow vehicle for your classic or race car if you want your truck to get as many looks as what you are trailering! Note that at the time of this listing's creation. this is the lowest-priced running Blackwood for sale anywhere that I can find (via SearchTempest). And prices for these are on the rise. Black with black leather. Unbelievably comfortable and commodious front seats (attention big guys). and the back seats (two. not three across) are roomy and have their own huge center console. Sunroof. Power and luxury you would expect of a Lincoln. including power tonneau cover over the carpeted bed. 5. 4L V8 starts right up and runs strong. Yes. the mileage is a bit high. but Ford fans note that these engines can go 200. 00 miles and beyond without breaking a sweat. New brakes and brake lines all around (professionally done at a cost of $1. 00) and trans recently serviced. This example is not a show truck. and the price relflects that. But is in good shape for a truck with 163. 00 miles. No dents. but some exterior imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. Front plastic bumper cover has a crack and is missing a piece. Interior is fair-to-good overall. showing typical wear. Sunroof does not leak. Equipped with nav system in center console. but it does not power on. Some gouges in the headliner (hauling something in the cab and jabbed the roof. Oops. ). The biggest interior flaw: The rear-seat headrests were removed to fold the seats forward for hauling. and never got put back in. They are now lost. A seller on eBay is advertising them for $125 each; or the headrests from a Lincoln Navigator might work. Please note that I have described this truck to the best of my ability. but the description and accompanying photos are no replacement for an in-person inspection. Truck is located 12 miles east of Philadelphia. and I'm happy to show it to you or to an inspector you hire (available here through eBay).
