1958 Triumph TR3A - Own a Classic British Car!

Own a classic car! This model is becoming rare by the day since it is pre-1960. It's not a show car; it's a driver. I've had this car for about 16 years. Due to downsizing I must reluctantly sell this wonderful car. It runs and has a throaty exhaust sound. You can work on just about everything on this car. including body parts. with just a screw driver and wrench. The engine starts and runs strong. Transmission is non-synco in first gear (standard for this model year) and shifts competently. The TR3A was a minor update from the TR3. The updates included the new wide front grill. exterior door handles. and lockable boot. The TR3A was so successful in production that the original panel molds eventually wore out and had to be replaced. The Triumph TR3A was the first production car to include standard disc brakes. The car was known for its superior braking ability. making it an autocross favorite. This car was built for daily driving and racing. Racing features include fuel shut-off. a rally hand brake and the ability to replace the wind screen with racing oval windscreens.
