1970 Ford Econoline Except for a few minor changes to the side marker lamps and reflectors, he 1970 Econoline was the same as the year before including many of the same standard features. Engine options were a 240 - 6 cylinder or a 302 - V8 equipped with a SelectShift Cruise-O-Matic transmission. Econoline Colors for the 1970 model year was Sky View Blue, arbor Blue, eef Aqua, actus Green, rystal Green, ampico Yellow, into Yellow, hrome Yellow, aja Beige, andy-Apple Red and Wimbledon White. These colors were also available in two-tone combinations. The Club Wagon was the same as an Econoline except it was made for passengers.
