1959 Morris Minor 1000 Convertible
This car has been the subject of a total restoration a few years ago and has only covered a nominal mileage in sunny weather since, nd garaged at all times. During the restoration it was stripped to a bare shell, andblasted, ny rusted panels replaced, hen painted and reassembled. A completely rebuilt 1098cc engine and transmission were fitted.
All New items included; suspension, rakes, ront fenders, iring harness, ires, ront and rear seats, arpets and interior trim, onvertible roof and cover for when it is down.
The body has been painted in Pearl Grey that was only available in 1959/60 combined with a red interior. The paint work is good as is the chrome. Please have a look at the photos which were taken recently for the advert, xcept for the last 2 which were taken during the restoration.
The car drives really well for a 1959, few weeks ago I took it on a 140 mile trip with no problems. You just have to remember how to change gear.
The Morris is registered to me in BC but because of its age can be registered in any US state with a couple of forms filled out.
If you have any questions about this or about the car please ask before buying.
If you want to talk about the car send me your phone number and I will call you. I will also be happy to supply my phone number to any serious buyer. I do have the car advertised else where, o reserve the right to remove it from e bay should it be sold.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, will try to help with any arrangements.
