1995 Eagle Talon 2dr Coupe TSi Turbo FWD

I bought the car almost a year ago had the breaks and rotors replaced and drove it daily for a few months now it feels like the front left wheels brake is stuck or the brake caliper seized and the e brake like goes on and off since the brake got stuck the passenger seat doesn't always like to lock in but once it is its fine, heck engine light is on do to catless exhaust its also needs a horn and oil change, ar could also use some cosmetic work other then thatthe car seems to be fine never had any other problems always started right up mostly highway miles. previous owner said he put a bigger turbo in, t has an apexi 3" catless exhaust, oost gaugeandnice sounding BOV other that its stock. its been sitting in my drive way for the last few months i haven't had the time to work on it like i thought i would.
