1966 Chevrolet Corvair Convertible 4-Speed 140HP

Up for auction is my 1966 Chevrolet Corvair. It is a great running little car that does not appear to have every had any body damage or rust issues. I have never seen a more solid convertible from the 1960’s. Doors open and close smoothly with no sag. A very solid car.

Has the 140hp engine, nd is pretty zippy. The prior owner had highway gears installed (not sure the ratio, ut he said it was the tallest available) so it cruises right along at highway speeds. The original gears are boxed up and will go with the car.

The prior owner also went through the brake and fuel systems, o the car starts, tops, hifts, urns and runs as it should.

All the gauges work, he turn signals are fiddly, aven’t figured out the heater, o air conditioning, orn relay is clicking but horn just buzzes, ipers and lights work, onvertible top is manually operated, lock does not work, adio actually works, o seat belts and the tires have lots of tread.

The paint is 20 footer quality.

The Corvair has yet to drip a single drop of fluid on my garage floor, hich is nice for an older car.

Texas title in my name, ileage is just what is on the odometer, o idea if actual or if the engine has been gone through (as prior owner claimed).
