1949 Chevy Styleline Deluxe
Hi, you are bidding on a 1949 Chevy Styleline Deluxe. This car has been sitting for quite some time. However, it does run, drive and stop. Before going on a long road trip, though I would have it checked over. As you would any older car.
The previous owner did the brakes and it looks as though he did the brake lines, as well.
I put a new gas tank and gas line in it.
The floors have been patched in the front & rear with just sheet metal. It looks okay, seems strong.
I haven't noticed anything bad on the frame. The body has been patched up, as well. And I have lowered the car 3 inches.
There are brand new tires and wheels, and I changed the front seat. I do still have the seat that came out of the car.
It was also changed over to a 12 volt system. The engine is a straight 6 cyl, 3 speed on the column.
This car is pretty much what you see is what you get. I would say all and all this is a nice car to jump in and drive & enjoy for what it is. You do not need a $50,000 car to enjoy or get looks. For all I'm asking for this, I believe you can't go wrong. Now everyone's view on good and bad varies, I would though, say this is a nice car. As is the price.
Any questions, please ask. I'm not trying to mislead anyone on buying this car.
Due to buyers backing out: ALL DEPOSITS are NON refundable.BUYER is responsible for all shipping arrangements & costs.
Thank you!
