1968 GTX factory four speed 3.54 Dana

Good complete real GTX. starts runs and drives. Non original motor. now has a 383. Runs and drives pretty good but the clutch is weak. This car is extremely complete. The big four speed is still there and so is the Dana rear end. The brake lights and turn signals do not work. (usually caused by the turn signal canceling cam)but that doesnt stop me from driving it cause the parking lights and headlights work fine. Speedo also inop. The factory tac is in the dash but the needle is gone. The car is still a great driver. If I could keep it the only thing I would do is fix the brake lights. and put a clutch in it. then drive the wheels off it. It still turns heads everywhere we've been. nbsp; but as the pics show its also a great resto candidate. It was originally green with green bucket seats. The fender tag is still there. if you cant decode it from the pics let me know and I'll send the numbers. The bumpers and trim on this car are in awsome shape with the exception of the trunk trim piece. and I have another that is really nice. I can send pics if your interested in it. So here is a great muscle car thats got all the potential you can stand. This car is worth the effort to restore or you can throw a clutch and a turn signal cancelling cam in an tear up any cruise night in the country. My 5 yr old son and I drove this car over 100 miles to a show last summer with no problems( except he was ticked off we couldnt burn rubber with the weak clutch). had a ball and got tons of looks. I hate to sell it because I may never find another real one that I can afford. but we're buying a new house . nd my wife swears I get to build a bigger shop sooo.
