RE-LISTED due to not reaching reserve . NEW LOWER RESERVEYou're looking at a sweet original survivor granny owned '72 Catalina. The Catalina has the originalPontiac 400 w/2 barrel carb and a turbo 400 transmission.
To my knowledge this car was owned in its early life by an older lady. The story goes that when she put the dent in the passenger door she stopped driving it and gave it to her grandson. Then it was sold twice and I am the fourth owner.
The car's paint is in really good shape and must have been re-painted before the dent was put in the door. The chrome and top are like new. There is very little rust on the car, nly some small surface rust at the bottom of the fenders, see pics). The car has received a Zeibart treatment at some point of its life.Everything works on the car as it should even the A/C! Take a look at the pictures of the trunk, t is unbelievable for a car 44 years old from Pennsylvania. The original spare tire looks to have never been touched.
The original wheels were 15" with hubcaps and are long gone. When you flip the driver seat forward the seat cover is torn along the stitching at the back of the seat, idden by the top portion.
The car drives smooth as glass and runs excellent.Feel free to email you phone number if you have questions and I'll get back to you ASAP.Thanks for looking.
This vehicle is sold as-is with no warranty implied or given. A deposit is required within 24 hours of the auction end. The balance will be required in cash at time of pick up.
