Beautiful 1983 Porsche 911 911SC one owner California car

Axis Design Werks is proud to present this beautiful 1983 Porsche 911SC. This is a one-owner car that was recently put back into service since the owner retired in 2001. It comes with a religiously stamped maintenance manual from the first service in 1983 to the last in 2000. The current mileage is approximately. 116. 50 miles. Also present is the original window sticker from Allen Porsche-Audi in Burbank CA. This is a true California car! When we found the vehicle it needed quite a bit of interior restoration and a few odds and ends. This is where Axis Design Werks came into the picture: Both front seats. steering wheel and rear package shelf were recovered in German leather. The headliner was also replaced with original German material. Since the rear speaker covers are no longer available. we chose to make a hole-punch pattern that mimics the factory speaker grille. If a pair of grilles happen to pop up somewhere you can simply cut the pattern out and place the grilles in the original factory position. The body was in great shape when we got the car. The front hood had been repainted at some point in the past and had already picked up some road rash along with the front bumper. The front hood and bumper were repainted to achieve the overall finish this car deserves. The paint on the rest of the car appears to be original. save for a few small touchup areas. The chassis and undercar is very straight and shows no signs of any collision. Restyling: Going one step further to create something truly special. we decided to show tribute to one of Porsches best street car offerings. The Carrera RS. While paint was still mixed we installed an RS style Duck Tail rear deck lid. We also installed the iconic Carrera script above the rocker panels. The tired paint on the original wheels was refinished with satin black centers and RS style outer lips. New Hankook Ventus performance tires were installed and the vehicle was lowered up front to give it an aggressive but drivable stance. Overall this car is super fun to drive and a head turner that will put a smile on your face no matter how bad your day has been.
