This a very original 1962 356B coupe 1600S in original Ruby Red #702. The car is a one-owner car since 1979. It stayed the majority of it’s life in Florida, lways garaged. The paint is very old and oxidized, ffering a lot of character and originality. All body panels match. The majority of the underneath of the car is solid and original. The floors and rockers are original. The body has some areas of isolated rust holes, uch as the lower door skins, owever the actual bottom of the doors are very solid. There's also a few holes below the right rear quarter window and some bubbling under the right side rear window. The other area of corrosion is under the front pan. The interior is entirely original. The car even still has the original carpet and upholstery. The driver seat bolster had tears so the long time owner taped black tape over the bolster. Original radio is still present but doesn’t not currently work. It is still wears the original Sigla front windshield, ever replaced! The engine is a very strong 356SC/912 motor. It runs fantastic. The fuel petcock cork gasket recently started leaking by the tank, o it will have to be replaced. In the meantime it runs perfect with an outside fuel can. Shifts good and brakes good. I have a free and clear title. Overall, his is a very original garage-find vintage 356 that offers tremendous originality and patina, omething many vintage cars seldom offer these days.
