Up for sale is a one of a kind fully restored. and modified 1959 MGA! This vehicle just completed a ground up restoration with no expense spared. It was built to be reliable and safe on todays roads. The MGA 1800 special started with a body off restoration. the frame was blasted and coated with POR15. the inner body was blasted and coated with Hercoln bed linner coating. and the outer body treated to a bare metal respray. The engine is a proffesionaly built MGB 1800 five main bearing engine with a street cam. hardened valves. bosch alternator. spinon oil filter. oil cooler. petronix ignition. HiTorx starter. mated to a Moss kit T-9 5speed. Brakes have been uprated to a Dual Circuit system with front Disks with MGB cailpers. The electrical system is totaly custom with relays protecting all hi amp circuits. and modern ATC fuses. The entire electrical system is shielded from the weather and heat. Gauges are all new or rebuilt using VDO mechicanals. Turn signals now use modern electronic timed relays. The custom interior has German wool loop carpet. faux leather Pretzel seating piped in Tobacco. The dash is uprated to a Mark2/Twin Cam style. A Moto Lita wood steering wheel is installed. and the wheels have been uprated to 72spoke chrome tubless type with Dunlop 205/65/15 tires. The Tonneau cover is Canvas and the top frame comes with the car. The body is lazer straight and the FrancineGreen paint is gorgeous.
